What the law requires.

Contributions of $100 or more require your name, address, occupation, and employer. California law prohibits cash contributions of $100 or more.

Make the check out exactly as written below and mail it to the campaign. Include your full name, mailing address, occupation and employer with any check of $100 or more, so the contribution can be reported correctly.
